1. Consulting & Implementation Services

All consulting, deployment, and implementation services are non-refundable once delivered.
Due to the nature of digital and technical services, completed work cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Managed Services Subscriptions

Managed service plans are billed on a monthly basis.
Clients may cancel with written notice.
Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
Current billing periods are non-refundable.

3. Microsoft 365 Licensing

Microsoft 365 subscriptions are subject to Microsoft’s official licensing and billing policies.
Refund eligibility depends on:
Microsoft subscription type
Billing cycle
Microsoft cancellation terms
BizCloudium does not control Microsoft’s refund policies.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date.
Verified billing errors will be corrected accordingly.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
