3. Service Agreements

All services are provided based on:
Selected service plans
Custom proposals (if applicable)
Agreed pricing and scope
Details such as service inclusions, billing structure, and duration are defined at the time of agreement.

4. Payments & Billing

Managed services are billed monthly per user unless otherwise agreed.
One-time services require upfront payment.
Subscription fees must be paid before service activation.
Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

Consulting and implementation services are non-refundable once delivered.
Subscription services may be canceled with written notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Limitation of Liability

BizCloudium shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss caused by third-party services
Service interruptions beyond our control
Microsoft platform outages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance
Technical issues
Security incidents
Third-party outages
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.

9. Termination

BizCloudium reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
Non-payment
Violation of these Terms
Illegal activity
Clients may terminate subscription services with written notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, and materials are owned by BizCloudium unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
